Products & Flavors
Are all your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We never carry counterfeit, refurbished, or gray-market products. All devices are factory-sealed and come with original packaging.
What brands do you carry?
What does puff count mean? Are the numbers accurate?
Puff count is the manufacturer's estimate of how many draws you can take from a device before the e-liquid runs out. It's measured under standardized testing conditions — typically short, consistent draws of about 1-2 seconds each.
In real-world use, your actual puff count will vary based on draw duration, frequency, and whether you use regular or boost mode. As a general rule, expect 70-90% of the advertised puff count under normal usage.
How do I choose the right flavor?
We organize flavors into five categories: Mint & Menthol (cool, refreshing), Fruit (apple, watermelon, lemon), Berry (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry), Watermelon, and Sour & Candy.
If you're new to vaping, we recommend starting with a popular option like Cool Mint or Blue Razz Ice.
Are your vapes rechargeable?
Yes, all of our devices are rechargeable via USB-C. You can charge them multiple times until the e-liquid is fully depleted. They are not refillable — once the e-liquid runs out, the device should be responsibly disposed of.
What nicotine strength are your products?
All of our disposable vapes contain 5% (50mg) nicotine salt. This is the standard concentration for most disposable vapes on the US market. We do not currently carry nicotine-free (0%) versions.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted secure gateways. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never have access to your full card details — they go directly to the payment processor.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled — but you can return it under our return policy.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
Yes! New subscribers get 15% off their first order when they sign up for our newsletter. We also run seasonal promotions during Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year's. Subscribe to our email list to stay informed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 24 hours of payment. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at this time due to varying regulations on nicotine products across countries.
Will someone need to sign for the delivery?
Yes. In compliance with the PACT Act and federal regulations, all deliveries require an adult signature (21+) at the point of delivery. The carrier will verify the recipient's age and ID. Packages cannot be left at the door without a signature.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest possible delivery. All shipments include tracking.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened or used devices cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
What if I receive a defective product?
If your device is defective out of the box (won't charge, won't draw, leaking, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost. No need to return the defective unit.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Age Verification & Compliance
What age do I need to be to purchase?
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from VapeFog. We verify age at the time of purchase and require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery in compliance with the PACT Act and applicable state laws.
How do you verify my age?
We use a multi-step age verification process. First, you must confirm you are 21+ when entering our website. Second, your age is verified during the checkout process. Third, the delivery carrier verifies the recipient's age and ID at the point of delivery. No exceptions.
What is the PACT Act?
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act is a federal law that regulates the online sale and shipping of tobacco and nicotine products in the United States. It requires online sellers to verify buyer age, use carriers that check ID upon delivery, and register with appropriate federal and state agencies. VapeFog fully complies with all PACT Act requirements.
Do you sell to all US states?
We ship to all 50 states. However, some states and municipalities have additional restrictions on flavored vape products or nicotine concentrations. We stay up-to-date with local regulations and will notify you during checkout if any restrictions apply to your delivery address.
